1. General
1.1 Zymego is a digital booking service for healthcare and dental care (the “Service”) developed and provided by CodeZyme AB, reg. no. 559171–0438 (“CodeZyme”). Through the Service, users may—depending on the functionality used by the relevant healthcare provider—book, reschedule, cancel appointments, request preferred days, and join waiting lists to obtain an earlier appointment if another patient cancels. This enables users to access care sooner while reducing unused appointment slots.
1.2 These Terms of Use apply between CodeZyme and you as a user of the Service (the “User”). The Service is provided as a mobile-adapted web portal.
1.3 Through the Service, the User can view appointments with healthcare providers connected to the Service, cancel or reschedule appointments, and join waiting lists to receive earlier appointment offers. Earlier appointments may become available due to cancellations or other reasons, such as unused emergency slots.
1.4 CodeZyme provides only a digital booking and queue management service related to healthcare visits. CodeZyme is not, and shall not be considered, a healthcare provider. The agreement between the User and CodeZyme constitutes solely a service agreement for the provision of a technical solution. CodeZyme is not responsible for any healthcare services, examinations, recommendations, or other medical services (or their quality) provided by healthcare providers.
1.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between CodeZyme and the User (the “Agreement”), entered into when the User accepts the Terms upon account registration.
2. User Account and Access
2.1 To register and use the Service, the User must be at least 16 years old and possess BankID. Guardians may use the Service on behalf of minors under 18, though CodeZyme is not obligated to provide this functionality.
2.2 Users must log in using electronic identification (Swedish trust level 3 or higher, or eIDAS substantial level or higher).
2.3 Subject to compliance with this Agreement, CodeZyme grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, limited right to use the Service for personal use.
2.4 The User is responsible for all actions taken through their account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred. Guardians, administrators, or legal representatives may use the Service on behalf of others if approved. CodeZyme is not liable for misuse by third parties.
2.5 The User must comply with this Agreement, applicable laws, and any additional terms in the Service. The User is solely responsible for any content submitted.
2.6 By using the Service, the User agrees that CodeZyme may contact them via email regarding the Service and related services. Users may opt out at any time.
2.7 The User acknowledges that contact details may be shared with healthcare providers they interact with, who may contact them regarding appointments or waiting lists.
2.8 Appointment confirmations and reminders may include provider information, which may involve processing sensitive personal data based on the User’s explicit consent. Waiting list information does not involve sensitive data.
2.9 CodeZyme does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.
2.10 Users may submit feedback. Any improvements based on such feedback shall belong to CodeZyme without compensation.
2.11 CodeZyme will attempt to resolve issues promptly but is not obligated to provide support or ensure availability.
