With Zymego, you can shorten your waiting time in healthcare and dental care. You can also manage your appointments digitally 24/7.
Sign up for earlier appointments

You can sign up to receive offers for earlier appointments. You must have a scheduled appointment with your healthcare provider to qualify. Once you have signed up for an earlier slot, Zymego searches for vacancies every 15 minutes. Those with the longest remaining wait time are the first to receive an offer for an earlier appointment. Clear and fair.
Accept an earlier appointment
When a suitable time becomes available, we send an offer via SMS or email. To view the appointment, you log in to Zymego's web app, where you can choose to accept or decline. To ensure the slot doesn't remain empty, offers are sent to five patients at a time. Here, it is first come, first served.
Reschedule or cancel

With Zymego's web app, you can reschedule or cancel your visits.
1. Log in with BankID. Scheduled appointments at clinics connected to Zymego will be displayed.
2. Click on a booking.
3. Select reschedule or cancel.
4. If you choose to reschedule, select an available appointment.
5. You will receive a confirmation in the portal that the appointment has been rescheduled or cancelled. You can see your rescheduled appointments under “My Bookings.” You will also receive a confirmation via email and SMS.
Digital self book
With some healthcare providers, you can also book appointments digitally. Zymego's new booking feature makes it easy to book the right type of care. You are guided by answering a few questions and can directly book an appointment with the appropriate practitioner.
Request the days that suit you
If you want to reschedule your appointment but cannot find a suitable slot in the rescheduling calendar, you can request days that work for you. You can then choose to keep or cancel your original appointment. Once you have submitted your preferred days, Zymego begins searching for available slots on those specific dates. We scan for vacancies every 15 minutes, around the clock.
If you choose to cancel your original appointment after you have requested specific days
When an appointment on a requested day becomes available, we will book you in and send a booking confirmation via SMS and email. If we have not found an available slot once all your requested days have passed, we will search for the earliest available time in the clinic's calendar.
If you choose to keep your original appointment after you have requested specific days
When an appointment on a requested day becomes available, you will receive a message informing you that a slot is available. You then click the link in the message to view the time and choose to accept or decline.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to download an app to use Zymego?
No, you only need to log on to this Zymego website or via the link you received from your clinic. When you have identified yourself with BankID, you can reschedule, cancel and receive offers for earlier appointments.
What are the benefits of Zymego for me as a patient?
With Zymego, you can shorten your waiting time by getting offers for earlier appointments, when appointments become available because of other patient cancellations. Once you have logged in and signed up to receive offers for earlier appointments, you will receive notifications when appointments become available. In addition, you can easily reschedule and cancel your appointment. Some clinics also offer their patients the ability to book new appointments, linking to Zymego directly from their website or by sending out links, after you have been in contact with the clinic. How can I be sure that my appointment has really been rescheduled or cancelled?
You always receive confirmation via text message and email if you have rescheduled or cancelled your appointment. If you have rescheduled your appointment, you can always see your new appointment on zymego.se.
